## Discrepancy

(CAN) UNABLE TO REACH TAKEOFF EPR ON NR 2 ENGINE DURING TRIM RUNS AFTER FCU REPLACEMENT DIFFERENT READING WERE OBSERVED WITH COWLING OPEN VERSUS COWLING CLOSED.  AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING FCU POWER LEVER FOUND INTERFERING WITH COWLING.
