(CAN) THE OPERATOR REPORTED A RECENT HISTORY OF POWER FLUCTUATIONS DURING WHICH IN WORST CASES, THE POWER WOULD DROP TO VERY LOW TORQUE AND THE ENGINE WOULD THEN RECOVER TO SET POWER.
