## Discrepancy

(CAN) A NEW MANIFOLD PRESSURE HOSE ASSY ELBOW WAS DISCOVERED BROKEN LESS THAN 200 HOURS AFTER INSTALLATION.  THE ORIENTATION AND DESIGN OF THE ASSY,  IAW MFG, APPEARS TO BE DESIGNED TO FAIL.
