## Discrepancy

(CAN) ON TAXI OUT, RHE DOES NOT START WITH MSG RT START VALVE ON ED1. RETURN TO PARKING. RHE STARTED MANUALLY.  ACFT RTS.  THE START VALVE WAS REPLACED AFTER 2 SUBSEQUENT FLIGHTS.
