## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING TROUBLESHOOTING OF A L/E FLAP/SLAT DEFECT, UPON CYCLING FLAPS UP & DOWN HYD SYSTEM "A" MODULE CHECK VALVE FAILED, THREADED CHECK VALVE DEPARTED THE HOUSING BODY, THREADS PULLED FROM HOUSING BODY.   SYSTEM A MODULE REPLACED, ALL SYSTEMS CHECKED NORMAL.
