(CAN) PILOT NOTED AN ABNORMAL NOISE FOLLOWING ENGINE SHUTDOWN EMANATING FROM THE TAIL ROTOR DRIVE SHAFT.  INSPECTION FOUND UNSERVICEABLE BEARING.  TAIL ROTOR DRIVE SHAFT REPLACED.
