## Discrepancy

(CAN) PILOTS REPORTED THAT FUEL TRANSFERS BETWEEN FUEL TANKS WITH THE FUEL SELECTOR IN OFF POSITION. DISCOVERED WHEN LOOKING FOR A FUEL LOAD THAT SOMETIMES ONE TANK HAD MORE FUEL THAN OTHER. SEALS BYPASSING FUEL INTERNALLY. FUEL SELECTOR REPLACED WITH NEW.
