## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING TAKEOFF PROCEDURE, THE PILOT WAS NOT ABLE TO ACHIEVE REQUIRED THRUST DO TO OVER TEMPERATURE INDICATION.  AFTER INVESTIGATION AND A REPAIR OF THE FAN CASE COATING THE ACFT WAS RETURN TO SERVICE.
