(CAN) MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED THE PILOTS FORWARD SIDE CONSOLE FLOOD LIGHT ASSY INOPERATIVE, BURNED AND MELTED CONDITION.  REPLACED WITH NEW LAMP ASSY AND TESTED SERVICEABLE.  AFH 27014.12, AFC 13726.
