## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING 36 MONTH INSPECTION HANDLE WAS PULLED TO DEPLOY EMERGENCY FLOAT SYSTEM.  SYS DID NOT DEPLOY.  CABLE WAS REMOVED AND FOUND UNSERVICEABLE.
