## Discrepancy

(CAN) ON GEAR BOX INSTALLATION, THE FEMALE THREADS GAVE WAY AS LUBE FITTING WAS TIGHTENED.  ACFT HAS DEVELOPED AN OPTIONAL REPLACEMENT PART WITH A STEEL INSERT TO PREVENT SUCH OCCURRENCE FROM HAPPENING, REF SB 61B35-50.
