## Discrepancy

(CAN) CREW REPORTED THAT THE GROUND FAN WAS INOPERATIVE.  DURING TROUBLESHOOTING WAS FOUND THAT THE CONNECTOR OF THE GROUND FAN WAS BURNED DUE TO A SHORT CIRCUIT. THE UNIT WILL BE SENT TO THE VENDOR FOR INVESTIGATION TO FIND THE ROOT CAUSE.
