WHEN UNAPPROVED RUBBER BOOTS REMOVED, FOUND SUBSTANTIAL SKIN DAMAGE. ELEVATOR BALANCE WITH UNAPPROVED BOOTS WILL HAVE PUT ELEVATORS OUT OF APPROVED BALANCE RANGE.
