(CAN) VISUAL INSPECTION FOUND LT AND RT BRAKE INSTALLATION UNAPPROVED FOR USE ON INSTALLED WHEELS.  ALSO FOUND BRAKES INSTALL BACKWARDS.  ON AFT SIDE OF WHEEL.
