## Discrepancy

(CAN) PILOT REPORTED THAT RUDDER JAMMED AFTER SCOOPING, WHILE TRYING TO MAKE A RT TURN.  SELECTED MANUAL MODE AND RUDDER WAS ABLE TO BE MOVED TO THE RT, NOT ABLE TO DUPLICATE ON GROUND.
