## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING THE DAILY INSPECTION IT WAS NOTICED THAT 1 TAIL ROTOR YOKE FEATHERING BEARING OUTER RACE STAKE HAD FAILED.  UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION ALL 4 TAIL ROTOR YOKE FEATHERING BEARING OUTER RACE STAKES HAD FAILED.
