(CAN) ROD END IS FOUND TO BE SEIZING. ROD FOUND TO HAVE STIFF ROD ENDS AS WELL.  RODS REMOVED AND REPLACED.  RODS ARE IN THE ENGINE FUEL CONTROL SYSTEM.
