## Discrepancy

(CAN)  SLAT FAIL EICAS ON APPROACH,  THE FLAP LEVER WAS NOT SELECTED YET.  PAN PAN DECLARED,  LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.   REPLACED THE W511 SLAT WIRE HARNESS IAW AMM 27-83-07. CHECKED GOOD.
