## Discrepancy

(CAN) UPON VISUAL INSPECTION OF IGNITER, FOUND SMALL ROUND PART INSIDE TIP OF IGNITER LOOSE, ABOUT TO FALL OFF INTO COMBUSTION CHAMBER.  HAD THE TIP COME OFF IT COULD POTENTIALLY HAVE CAUSED SIGNIFICANT FOD DAMAGE TO TURBINE BLADES.
