## Discrepancy

(CAN) WHILE OPENING THE PASSENGER DOOR, THE AFT COUNTER BALANCE CABLE GUIDE SHAFT FAILED. INSPECTION OF THE DOOR IDENTIFIED NO FURTHER RELATED DEFECTS.  NO DEFICIENCIES WERE IDENTIFIED WITH THE GUIDE SHAFT AT THE LAST INSPECTION.  THE FAILED GUIDE SHAFT IS BEING REPLACED.
