## Discrepancy

(CAN) RIGHT ENGINE FAILED DURING TAKEOFF, SURGED THEN ROLLED BACK ON POWER.  CHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND ENGINE EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE WAS DONE AS A PRECAUTION.  ENGINE R & R.  CAUSE OF PROBLEM NOT CONFIRMED AT THIS TIME.
