## Discrepancy

(CAN) UPON LANDING, 2 ROTATING DISKS OF NR 4 BRAKE ASSEMBLY HAVE DISINTEGRATED INTO FRAGMENTS.  MAINTENANCE PERSONEL REPLACED THE ASSY TO CORRECT THE SITUATION AND REPLACED THE BRAKE CONTROL VALVES AND THE AFFECTED WHEEL ASSY AS PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE.
