(CAN) SYMETRICAL MECHANICAL CUTS ON FLANGE OF NEW RUBBER BUSHING THAT HOUSES THE T/R DRIVE SHAFT BEARING.  ONLY SEEN WHEN RUBBER BUSHING IS SQUEEZED TO CHECKED FOR RUBBER FOR PLIABILITY.
