## Discrepancy

(CAN) THE CELL WAS POORLY MANUFACTURED WITH THE CELL CAP WITH POLARITY MARKINGS WERE INSTALLED BACKWARDS.  LEADING TO A MUCH HIGHER PROBABILITY OF THE CELL BEING INSTALLED IN THE BATTERY ASSY IN REVERSE.
