(CAN) DURING FLIGHT, PILOT NOTICED INDICATION OF HIGH OIL TEMP, HIGH TEMP & LOW OIL PRESSURE.  PILOT THEN PROCEEDED TO SHUT DOWN THE ENG & RETURNED BACK TO THE AIRPORT UNEVENTFULLY.
