## Discrepancy

(CAN) INADVERTENT IN FLIGHT CARGO RELEASE CAUSED BY INTERNAL WEAR IN BRACKET, PN 204-070-999-001. MANUAL RELEASE CABLE WAS FOUND INTERMITTENTLY NOT ABLE TO RESET TO NORMAL POSITION DUE TO RETURN SPRING GUIDE, PN 204-070-997-001 GETTING STUCK IN THE INTERNAL WEAR SPOT. THIS IN TURN REMOVED ALL OF THE REQUIRED RIGGED IN SLACK IN THE MANUAL RELEASE CABLE. AS A RESULT WHEN THE CARGO SUSPENSION ASSY MOVED IN FLIGHT THE MANUAL RELEASE CABLE ACTUATED AND RELEASED THE EXTERNAL LOAD.
