(CAN) STUDENT HEARD GRINDING NOISES WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START ACFT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND THE BENDIX SHAFT FWD BUSHING MISSING ON STATER, WHICH ALLOWED BENDIX ASSEMBLY TO MOVE AROUND WHEN STARTING.
