(CAN)  AFTER DEPARTURE, HAD THE STAB TRIM AMBER CAS MESSAGE POST ON THE EICAS.  CONTINUOUSLY RE-EVALUATED THE SITUATION AND EXPLORED SOME POTENTIAL OPTIONS.  FLEW AT A REDUCED ALTITUDE AND AIRSPEED AND REMAINED CLEAR OF RVSM AIRSPACE.  MAINTENANCE REPORTED FAULTY HSTA  REPLACED.
