## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, MAIN ROTOR COULD NOT BE MANUALLY ROTATED IN THE DIRECTION OF ROTATION.  UTILITY HYDRAULIC PUMP WAS FOUND TO BE SEIZED.  AFTER PUMP REPLACEMENT, ROTOR TURNS NORMALLY.
