## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING CLIMB (ENGINE RPM SET TO1050), THE CREW EXPERIENCED HIGH TORQUE ON NR 2 ENGINE ABOVE FLIGHT LEVEL 180. NR 2 ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN AND RETURNED TO LAND ACCORDING TO COMPANY PROCEDURE.
