## Discrepancy

(CAN) PILOT EXPERIENCED INABILITY TO MODULATE THRUST DURING FLIGHT.  TORQUE DID NOT RESPOND WHEN THE PLA WAS DECREASED TO IDLE POWER.  PILOT LANDED THE ACFT UNEVENTFULLY.
