## Discrepancy

(CAN) CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT WHEN POWER LEVER IS AT TAKEOFF, RT ENGINE WAS UNABLE TO ACHIEVE TAKEOFF POWER WITH NO INCREASE IN TORQUE.  FSR PROVIDED TROUBLESHOOTING RECOMMENDATIONS TO CUSTOMER.
