## Discrepancy

(CAN) ON APPROACH, WITH POWER SET AT 400-500 FT/LBS, THE RT ENGINE TORQUE DROPS AWAY AND RETURNS MULTIPLE TIMES.  TORQUE IS DROPPING AS LOW AS 150 LBS.
