(CAN) THE LT ENGINE SHUT DOWN IN-FLIGHT. AIRCRAFT MADE UNEVENTFUL LANDING. TECHNICIANS DETECTED GRINDING NOISE WHILE HAND ROTATING PROPELLER. GEARBOX WAS REMOVED AND OPENED. TORSION VIBRATION DAMPER HAD FAILED AND PARTIALLY CAME APART.
