(CAN) FUEL MOTIVE LINE STRAINER, CHECK VALVE FOUND TO HAVE A SWOLLEN RUBBER SEAL WHICH PREVENTED THE FLAPPER FROM SEALING.  SPRING UNABLE TO RETURN VALVE TO CLOSED POSITION.
