## Discrepancy

(CAN) MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED A BURN HOLE THROUGH THE PROPELLER BLADE DE-ICE ELEMENT ON THE NR 4 PROPELLER, NR 3 BLADE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE PROPELLER BLADE AND CHECKED THE SYSTEM SERVICEABLE.
