## Discrepancy

(CAN) PILOT REPORTED THAT ON DOWNWIND, ENGINE ROLLED BACK FROM IDLE TO 24%. THEN, WHEN PILOT WAS ON FINAL APPROACH, THE ENGINE COMPLETELY CEASED TO PRODUCE POWER.
