## Discrepancy

(CAN) IT WAS REPORTED TO BELL: DOOR LINKAGE/HANDLE HAVE BEEN REPLACED ON 429`S DIFFICULT TO OPEN CAN`T OPEN IN COLD WEATHER. REPLACED CABLE ON ONE DOOR HAD MINIMAL IMPROVEMENT. EXTERNAL DOOR HANDLE WEARING EXCESSIVELY.
