## Discrepancy

(CAN) AFTER TAKE OFF AIRCRAFT TURNED BACK DUE UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE. MAINTENANCE FOUND LOOSE CONNECTOR AT THE PFCSOV. CONDITION CORRECTED. GROUND CHECKS CARRIED OUT AND A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
