## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING POST PROPELLER DEFECT RECTIFICATION, ENGINE NUMBER TWO DISCOVERED THAT THE FUEL FLOW IS NOT RESPONDING TO THE PLA MOVEMENT WHEN EEC IS IN OFF POSITION. MFCU WAS REPLACED, ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. (TC# 20190416003)
