## Discrepancy

(CAN) ON CLIMB, FA INDICATED THERE WAS VISIBLE SMOKE IN THE CABIN AND AN ODOR OF ELECTRICAL BURN WAS PRESENT, FOLLOWED QRH.  CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND CEILING LIGHT BALLAST BURNT, BALLAST REPLACED. (TC# 20190523006)
