AIRCRAFT INSPECTED AND FOUND MULTIPLE PROPELLER GOVERNOR FAILURE CODES AND LATCHED SELF TEST FAILURE CODE. PROPELLER GOVERNOR REPLACED WITH NEW. (TC# 20190529019)
