## Discrepancy

(CAN) CUSTOMER REPORTED THAT LEFT HAND ENGINE STUCK AT MAX CONTROL POWER AT 31,000FT. AIRCRAFT WAS DESCENDED TO REDUCE THE POWER. ON TROUBLESHOOTING FCU REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURN TO SERVICE.
