(CAN) THE LOWER RUDDER HINGE ATTACHMENT RIVETS WORKED LOOSE WHICH ATTACH HINGE TO RUDDER . THIS WAS FOUND DURING 100 HOUR INSPECTION. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL PART SINCE NEW. SERVICEABLE RUDDER INSTALLED. (TC# 20190614013)
