(CAN) THE LH ELEVATOR HYDRAULIC LINE WAS CHAFFED AS A RESULT OF CONTACT WITH THE HORIZONTAL STAB INTERNAL STRUCTURE RESULTING IN FAILURE. DUE TO THIS FAILURE THE AC EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF SYSTEM A HYDRAULIC PRESSURE. (TC# 20190814006)
