(CAN)SEAT BACK FAILED ONE SIDE. FOUND BOLT HAD SHEARED AN4 BOLT. OTHER SEAT BACK BOLTS CHECKED AND FOUND SERVICEABLE. BOLT REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE ONE.
