(CAN)DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION FRAYED RUDDER CABLES WERE FOUND WHERE THE CABLES RIDE THROUGH THE PULLEYS AT STA. 173.41 THROUGH 200.37. THE CABLES WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
