(CAN)PILOT REPORTED RIGHT WING "HOT" ON GROUND WITH WING ANTI-ICE SELECTED OFF. DIODE FOUND OPEN WHICH ALLOWS ENGINE BLEED AIR TO PASS THROUGH THE WING ANTI-ICE VALVE, HEATING THE LEADING EDGE.
