## Discrepancy

(CAN)ON ROTATION FUEL BEGAN VENTING FROM CAP. THE CAUSE WAS DETERMINED TO BE THE RETAINER STRAP LOCKING MECHANISM. THE FIX WAS TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC RETAINER AND INSTALL A BRASS CHAIN.
