MAINTENANCE INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE PIN WHICH ATTACHES THE NOSE GEAR DOOR HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR TO THE BELLCRANK HAD SHEARED. BUSHING AND PIN REPLACED AND GEAR SWUNG.
